Link to United Methodist Bishop's Sermon (seriously!)

I'm a certified member of Generation X, which means that like the hippies of the 1960's I'm naturally suspicious of authoritarian leaders of the Establishment and unlike the hippies I have little faith that such people and institutions can or will change.

So, it's strange that I would post a link like the one I'm going to post--but the fact is that it's a heck of a sermon and was given by the bishop of our West Ohio Conference, who is actually helping to redirect a behemoth of an institution.

If you aren't a Christian or aren't familiar with the denominational leadership of the United Methodist Church you may not realize how special this sermon is...and it references a lot of 'in house' things that may not relate to you...but I'll bet there's something in it that might be helpful or encouraging nonetheless.

AND if you're the leader of a corporation or organization of some sort, it should encourage you that your efforts--when inspired by God--can truly make a big difference!
